Hey there!
For Nearly Two Decades, I’ve Been Helping People Become Who God Created Them to Be
Through developing character, wisdom, and capacity, I help people faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them and become who He created them to be.
That calling eventually grew into Courage Co.®, Spirit-Driven Success®, Full Capacity™, six books, multiple podcasts, leadership experiences, and a global community committed to spiritual formation and faithful stewardship.
But none of that is where this story begins.
The Question that Changed Everything
For a long time, I believed the answer was more—more achievement, more success, more striving. I chased accomplishment, believing it would eventually lead to fulfillment.
After college, I worked in television, news, and film before stepping into entrepreneurship and ministry. I earned graduate degrees in Journalism, Economics Management, and TV & Film Production. I couldn’t see it then, but God was preparing me to communicate truth clearly, think strategically, and serve others.
Still, something was missing.
I wasn’t simply looking for success. I was searching for significance.
That search led me to a deeper question: Who am I becoming?
That question changed everything.
What life taught me
Life became a better teacher than success ever was.
Through disappointment, healing, surrender, and learning to trust God, I discovered that growth isn’t just about what you know. It’s about who you become. Success without alignment is exhausting. Achievement without purpose is empty. Those lessons became the foundation of everything I teach today.
