What to expect

Scheduling a Consultation is the first step
In your initial consultation, we will discuss your current challenges and your personal goals.
We will also discuss your budget and scheduling requirements.
We will recommend a coaching program that best fits your personal and budgetary needs.
Then we’ll get you on the calendar and started!
Sessions are held via phone or Zoom and typically last one hour.
You will be given weekly homework assignments and you can check-in with your coach via email or through DM.
Your coach will review and provide feedback on your homework as well as on your calls.

At 10 years old I discovered, in a traumatic way, that I was adopted

And it seems like I'd been on a subconscious treasure hunt for significance ever since. I really struggled to figure out who I was, why I was here and what my unique contribution to the world would be.

When the void couldn't be filled with athletics or academics it became credentials, self-help books and relationships--essentially anything that would allow me to stay

busy and keep running.

Ultimately a dysfunctional relationship brought me to my knees and shifted my life completely. This was a defining moment where I stopped the search and decided to finally seek the Source.

As I learned to trust God I gradually came out of agreement with the things that kept me stuck, discovered a new unforced rhythm and approach to life and began to embrace the peace of alignment and inspired action.

This new spirit-led life equipped and empowered me.
