Once we start cultivating and sharing our voice, we open ourselves up to feedback both welcome and unwelcome. For one reason or another we can also decide it's more important to silence our voice rather than to speak our truth.
There is danger once we stop speaking up that is rooted in our identity, worth, purpose and sense of safety and security. Although it's uncomfortable, one of the best things we can do is continue to boldly and courageously learn to communicate and express ourselves even if that means we stand alone or tother people don't like it.
