Have you found yourself saying, "I just feel stuck?" We have a tendency to live a large percentage of our lives on autopilot, which could be a potential answer. We also get hung up on things that we're not meant to or designed to. One of those "things" is anger.


Do you get angry when things don't go your way or you don't get what you want?


Anger is an enemy of the heart, but there is a remedy--forgiveness. Our favorite F word!

  1. Write down who you are angry with

  2. Determine what he/she/they owe you

  3. Cancel the debt by forgiving

  4. Don't allow anger to build up
